Return & Refund Policy

Sunow, operated by KAILE NETWORK LIMITED ("Sunow", "we", "us"), provides AI music and music-video generation as a digital, virtual service. No physical goods are sold or shipped. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credits or subscriptions purchased through the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Sunow sells digital credits and paid subscriptions that are delivered and activated electronically. Because the Service is virtual and access is granted immediately after payment, there is nothing to physically return.
2. Refund Eligibility & Timeframe
You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of a charge, provided that the purchased credits have not been consumed and no music or video has been generated using that purchase.
We will also refund charges that are clearly the result of a duplicate payment, an accidental purchase, or a technical failure on our side that we are unable to resolve.
Where the law of your place of residence grants you stronger statutory refund or cancellation rights, those rights continue to apply in addition to this policy.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Except where required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable: credits that have already been used; subscription periods that have already started or been partially used; and purchases for which generated output has already been produced or downloaded.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund a period that has already begun.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within the 14-day window, and include the date of the charge, the amount, and the reason for your request.
We aim to review every request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method, and typically appears within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
