1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. The Service

Sunow lets you generate music and music videos using artificial intelligence, based on the audio, images, prompts, and settings you provide. Output is produced automatically and may vary in quality, style, and accuracy.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also set limits on generation, storage, file sizes, or usage to keep the Service stable and fair for everyone.

3. Credits, Plans & Billing

Certain features consume credits or require a paid subscription. Pricing, credit costs, and plan benefits are shown in the Service and may change over time.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected unless you cancel before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the audio, images, lyrics, prompts, and other materials you upload or enter ("Your Content"). You grant Sunow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and modify Your Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you own or have all rights necessary to use Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

5. Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the music and videos you generate ("Output"), including for commercial purposes, in accordance with your plan.

Because AI models can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that Output is unique, and we do not warrant that your use of Output will not implicate third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing or distributing it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative, especially involving minors;
• impersonates a person or artist, or clones a voice or likeness without authorization;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• violates any applicable law or the terms of platforms where you publish Output.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, design, logos, and branding, is owned by Sunow and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties for functions such as sign-in, hosting, analytics, and payments (for example, Google and Firebase for authentication). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete content associated with your account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
