Sunow, operated by KAILE NETWORK LIMITED ("Sunow", "we", "us"), is a fully digital service for AI music and music-video generation. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our digital services are delivered.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All Sunow products are digital. There is no physical shipment, no shipping carrier, no tracking number, and no shipping fee.
When you purchase a subscription or credits, access is activated electronically on your account, normally within a few minutes of a successful payment.
2. Delivery of Generated Output
After you submit a request, your music or music video is produced automatically and delivered inside the Service (your library) once processing completes.
Most music generations finish within a few minutes. Music-video generation is more complex and may take longer depending on length and settings; you can follow the progress in real time on the generation page.
3. If Something Is Not Delivered
If your subscription or credits are not activated after a successful payment, or if generated output fails to appear, please contact [email protected] with your account email and the time of purchase.
We will activate your purchase, re-run the generation, or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
